Mr Haq is an award-winning hospitality commercial and operational leader with more than 20 years of experience across revenue management, distribution, sales, pricing and hotel operations.

His career spans Marriott, Kempinski, Dusit Thani and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, with senior leadership assignments across Thailand and Africa and project experience supporting hotels, RV parks and residences in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

His senior operational experience includes Rooms Division leadership across Front Office and Housekeeping, together with oversight of Spa, Engineering and guest-experience functions. As a customer-experience and satisfaction champion, he has connected commercial performance with service quality, guest feedback and reputation management. This perspective helps Pacific Yield forecast how every commercial decision affects operations, resource planning, operating cost, guest satisfaction and overall profitability—not revenue alone.

Since April 2021, Mr Haq has supported revenue initiatives for more than 50 RV parks across North America and continues to manage commercial performance for a multi-property portfolio. He also oversees revenue and distribution for a UK short-term rental apartment-hotel operation.

His approach is direct and measurable: expand digital presence, price to demand, strengthen business mix, increase length of stay, launch timely offers and make every decision through analytics—not assumption.
